Work Less Achieve More, Right After Reading This Blog !

Have you ever wanted to have 36 hours a day because twenty-four is not enough? The deadlines for given tasks and projects seem so close that you can't complete them on time. Worse yet, an unbalanced life-style contributes to stress and loss of quality of life. However, you are not the only person who has 24 hours a day, the busiest people with the busiest plans on the planet have the same amount of time. They are good at managing time ⏰ because they know how to manage time well and make their lives better.

Wouldn't it be nice if you could finish your project or work ahead of time, either to take a break or to have a cup of coffee? When you make the best use of your time, you will have more time for rest. Plus, you'll never be stressed out again because you know exactly what's next (most of the time). The best part is, you will have a better job and a healthier life that will give you more time to spend with your loved ones or have fun.

If I have made you convinced, let's look at how we can manage our precious time with these four guaranteed methods.

The first and most effective way to plan your day is. Think about what you will do tomorrow from today and write it down. There are already several ways you can plan your day. For example, writing; Most successful people keep a book, journals are already made for planning purposes, so it's easy to plan your day with a journal. In fact, after I started writing, my life changed dramatically. For me, publishing blogs does more than plan 'tomorrow' because it helps me track the whole year. That said, blogs publishing will give you the most accurate analysis of the year and you will be able to see your progress, and correct your mistakes next year.

One way to plan your day in advance is to have a to-do list. It's simple, simple and timely, just write down what you did for the day. The to-do list could be in your journal as you wish. To get a good list of things to do, you have to put your tasks in time blocks. Think of any work you need to do; writing an essay, hitting the gym or preparing for the finals. Whatever your job, set a time limit for specific tasks. For example, read for an hour, by doing this you force yourself to finish reading in one hour, and as a result, you avoid distractions.

But wait, how do you guess the limited time for a particular job or activity? If you are not sure how much time you should spend on a job, just check it out. Set your stopwatch (which you have on your phone when it is offline) and turn it off when you are done, now you know how long that particular activity lasts. While doing so, you should avoid any interruptions such as social media or calls, remember, you have limited time to complete your work.

Second, as time management is all about getting the best out of your time, prioritization is key.

If it's your job to eat frogs, you better do it first in the morning. And if it's your job to eat two frogs, it's best to eat the biggest one first,  said Mark Twain.

Do your most important work first, usually in the morning. Once you're done with it, do the less important tasks. By doing this your work flow becomes more organized and helps you become more efficient.

Third, take your time, take regular breaks. Without adequate rest, you cannot produce. You can arrange your breaks with the Pomodoro technique developed by Francesco Cirillo. Basically, you work a 25-minute block and you get a five-minute break. However, this method I have set myself and you can do the same because this is similar to the template you can use.

You can use this amazing template in two ways, here’s what I did, first, I changed the time blocks, for me it’s a forty-five minute and five minute break. On the other hand, when I write, I make an outline first, after finishing the outline, I take a ten minute break, and then I start writing. As you can see, you can change time blocks or adjust them as work-based breaks. Because in some jobs, for me it’s written, you get really focused and you’re in the flow, so you don’t want to give up. After completing four cycles like this, take a long 20 minute break. Also, use it as it suits you.

Lastly, have a morning routine and get up early. How do you start your day? Do you check your smart phone and go through social media or make your own bed? When you are on your phone, you are wasting your time. Here's what happened, I tracked down how much time I spent on social media in the morning and it was almost thirty minutes. Instead of spending 30 minutes on social media, I started to use that time, the progress was amazing. If you don't believe me try it yourself!
